Perfect weather...

Calls for the perfect cocktail from Miami Beach! For a second, I need to brag about the absolutely perfect weather we are having here today. I don't mean to make those up North jealous, but this is really the best time to make your way down to Florida, or another tropical location, bikini in hand. 80 degrees, a cool ocean breeze, and not a cloud in the sky. To help make you feel as if you too are sunning at the beach today, I have the perfect cocktail ready for your "Thirsy Thursday."

This drink, the Ciroc Caribbean, has only two steps, how easy is that? (Ok, I've added my own third step, which is to put on your favorite swimsuit and head to the nearest body of water- beach, pool or hot tub- depending on your geographic location). I know you want as little hassle as possible after the busy work week. All it takes is:

• 1.5 oz. Ciroc Coconut (25 oz. per bottle)
• 5 oz. pineapple juice

• 1. Combine ingredients into a highball glass over ice.
• 2. Garnish with a slice of pineapple
